Delete Your LoveYug Account
LoveYug
You can permanently delete your LoveYug account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how to submit a deletion request, what data is removed, and what (if anything) is retained.
Option 1 — Delete Directly in the App (Recommended)
The fastest way to delete your account is from within LoveYug:
Open the LoveYug app on your device.
Tap your profile avatar or go to Settings.
Scroll to Account and tap Delete Account.
Confirm the deletion when prompted. Your account will be deleted immediately.
Option 2 — Request by Email
If you cannot access the app, email us to request deletion:
Send an email to:
Subject: Account Deletion Request
Include: The email address registered to your LoveYug account.
We will process your request within 30 days.
What Data Is Deleted
Upon account deletion, the following data is permanently and irreversibly removed from our servers:
- Account credentials — email address, authentication tokens
- Profile data — display name, avatar, gender identity
- Couple pairing — your connection to your partner and shared relationship data
- Game history — all sessions, answers, scores, and streaks
- Local device data — cached questions, preferences, and streak data are cleared when you delete via the app
Data Retention After Deletion
Some data held by third-party service providers may be retained for a limited period per their own policies:

We do not sell your data. No personal information is retained by LoveYug beyond the retention periods noted above.
