Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a legal agreement between you and LoveYug (“LoveYug”, “we”, “us”) and govern your access to and use of the LoveYug mobile application and related services (the “App”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App you represent that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter into these Terms. The App is intended for use by two adult partners in a consensual relationship.

2. Your account

Core features of the App can be used without an account in “Pass & Play” mode on a single device. Some features—such as online multiplayer between two paired devices and purchasing LoveYug Premium—require you to sign in using Sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Tell us promptly of any unauthorised use.

3. Licence

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the App except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.
• Harass, threaten, or share content with a partner without their consent.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the App, other accounts, or our systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App.
• Use the App to create a competing product or to scrape or harvest data.

5. LoveYug Premium subscriptions

The App offers LoveYug Premium, an auto-renewable subscription that unlocks, for you and your paired partner: unlimited play with no per-game session limits, an ad-free experience, premium game packs, and early access to new games. The title, duration, and price of each subscription option are shown in the App at the point of purchase and may vary by region and over time.

• Billing. Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Cancellation. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds.Purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Refunds are handled under the applicable store’s policies; we do not directly process payments or refunds.
• Price changes. We may change subscription prices. Changes apply to future billing periods and, where required, will be notified to you and subject to your consent in accordance with store rules.

6. User content

Names, nicknames, and similar information you enter remain yours. You grant us a limited licence to process this content solely to operate the App (for example, to sync gameplay between paired partners). You are responsible for the content you submit and must have the right to share it.

7. Intellectual property

The App, including its games, question content, design, and trademarks, is owned by LoveYug and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the licence granted above, no rights are transferred to you.

8. Third-party services

The App relies on third-party services to function, including authentication and infrastructure providers, the Apple App Store and Google Play for purchases, and advertising and analytics providers. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms. See our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LoveYug will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time and may delete your account from within the App (Profile → Delete Account). We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

12. Apple App Store terms

If you download the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and LoveYug only, not Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Your use of the App must also comply with the Apple Standard End User Licence Agreement (EULA).

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
