LoveYug's Now widget puts your partner's status on your Home Screen: what they're doing, a short note and how long it lasts. The medium size shows you both. Pick from 23 statuses or write your own. It's free on iPhone and Android, and on iPhone it also fits the Lock Screen. Day Story shows both your whole days.
Most “what are you doing?” texts are really “are you free?”. Now answers that before you ask. Your partner taps Coffee in LoveYug, adds “saving you a sip”, and your widget shows the cup, the note and “till 10:30”.
Set your own status the same way, or tap your half of the medium widget to change it. When the time is up the status ends by itself.
What the Now widget shows
Small: just them
Their name with the time left in a chip, the object for what they're doing, the status and their note. The colour follows the status: warm for coffee, blue for work, violet for sleep.
Medium: the two of you
Their pane first, yours beside it. Tap your half to update your status without opening the app's menus.
Lock Screen (iPhone, Premium)
Their status and how long is left, under the clock, plus a one-line version above it. You see it before you unlock.

Their clock, when it differs

Set up the Now widget
Pair in LoveYug
Both of you install the app, sign in and connect with an invite link.
Add it in Little Us
Open Little Us, tap Add a widget and choose Now.
Place it
Add LoveYug's Now widget from your phone's widget gallery, small or medium.
Share a status
Pick what you're doing, add a note if you like, and set how long. It shows on your partner's widget.
What your partner sees
Only what you share
A widget shows the status, mood or plans you picked in LoveYug, and nothing it worked out on its own. It doesn't read your location, your messages or your other apps.
Only your partner
Your status and mood go to the one person you paired with. Unpair and their widget stops showing you.
Statuses end on their own
A status comes with an end time. When it's over the tile says it ended, so “Gym” doesn't sit on their screen all evening.
No mood advice
Vibe says what's on the tile and stops. It never tells your partner what your mood means or what to do about it.

How do I set my status?
In LoveYug, pick a status such as Coffee, Working or Gym, add a note if you want, and choose how long it lasts. On the medium widget you can also tap your own half to change it.
What happens when a status ends?
Every status has an end time. The widget counts down (“till 17:00”) and then shows that it ended, so an old status never sits on your partner's screen.
Can I write my own status?
Yes. Alongside the 23 ready-made statuses you can set a custom one in your own words, and add a short note to any status.
Can my partner see where I am?
No. LoveYug's widgets don't use your location. They show only what you choose to share: a status, a mood and the plans in your day. On Day Story your partner sees your local time when you're in different time zones.
How quickly does the widget update?
When your partner changes their status or mood, LoveYug sends your phone an update and the widget redraws, usually within moments. Phones can hold updates back in Low Power Mode or Battery Saver; opening LoveYug brings it up to date.
Is the Now widget free?
Yes, on the iPhone and Android Home Screen. The Lock Screen version on iPhone and the Day Story widget come with LoveYug Premium.
Does it work for long-distance couples?
It was made for them as much as anyone: a status with an end time tells you when they're free across time zones, and Day Story shows their local clock.
